Quality & compliance

Every incoming lot is sampled and inspected before it can be sold. We record moisture, size or count, foreign matter and broken percentage against the product's specification, and hold or reject anything that falls outside it.

Before dispatch we inspect again, photograph the packing and seal, and attach the results to the shipment file. Lab reports and certificates are stored against the lot so they can be traced if a buyer or authority asks.

Certificates, licences and labelling requirements differ by product and destination; we confirm them for each order before shipment.
